Elephant has recently completed the installation of public address, audio-visual and simultaneous interpretation systems for The Food and Environmental Hygiene Department’s newly setup “Private Columbaria Affairs Office” (PCAO). The office handles matters relating to the implementation of the Private Columbaria Ordinance and provide executive support to the Private Columbaria Licensing Board. The PCAO comprises the Licensing Board Secretariat, the Branch Administration Unit, the Licensing Team and the Enforcement Team.
