Elephant has recently completed the installation of an audio-visual system for Bird Meditation at Taikoo Place in Quarry Bay.

Bird is a mental wellness brand built with busy people in mind, to help them find focus, rest and mindfulness in their lives. It aims to demystify the practice in order to make meditation accessible to all. Bird’s premise consists of one large, one medium studio and three smaller, more intimate studios. The video projection in the large studio serves as an immersive visual aid for guided meditation sessions, and Sonos, the wireless sound system installed in all rooms enables instructors to control the background music streamed via wifi either simultaneously or separately in each studio.
