It has come to our attention that there is an audio vendor in Mong Kok, Kowloon, making false claims that they are collaborating with AUDIO NOTE to sell their products online.

We have verified with the AUDIO NOTE factory in the U.K., and our company has never supplied stock to this vendor, nor do we have a relationship with the vendor. Their false statement is misleading consumers.

The authenticity of these AUDIO NOTE products of unknown origin is questionable. The serial number on the chassis may have been erased, or used second-hand goods may be sold as new ones, hence the authenticity and condition of the parts are not under any warranty, and we are unable to provide maintenance service for these goods of unknown origin. Our Company reserves the right to pursue legal action for such deceitful behaviour.
