Elephant has recently completed the replacement of the sound system at the Hong Kong Velodrome for the Leisure Cultural Services Department (LCSD).

The Hong Kong Velodrome, located in Tseung Kwan O, is the first-ever local indoor cycling facility that meets the standards of the International Cycling Union (Union Cycliste Internationale, UCI). It has a 250-metre, 7-metre wide wooden cycling track and spectator facilities for 3,000 people.
